Upon closing one of our leads, Buyers USA's referral fee comes off of the top of your commission and not off of what is left over. We would greatly appreciate it if you would take broker, franchise, and other types of fees out of your commission after you pay Buyers USA Relocation. Here is a sample scenario of what to do:
If a Buyers USA member sells a house to a Buyers USA lead for $120,000 and the member's company makes a 3% commission off of the sale of the house, then we get 25% of the member's 3% commission. In this case, the member would generate a $3,600 commission before paying referral and other fees. Therefore, Buyers USA would earn $900 off of the member's commission.
